My Friday’s evenings are dedicated traditionally to Mexico. Any kind of salsa is the best way to go. The more choice the better. Friday’s Nachos are accompanied ideally with a glass of sparkling wine.
Besides The Nacho Tortillas from the Marks&Spencer, I am not a big fan of a store production.
Therefore, I decided to master my Friday’s snack. Cheers and snack with me!

Shopping List
1 Package of good quality flour tortillas, sliced into eighths
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika powder, coriander, sea salt, Provencal Herbs and cayenne pepper/turmeric, garam masala
2-3 splashes of olive oil

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Pour in the olive oil into a large mixing bowl (2-3 splashes).
All spices in (paprika, coriander, salt, Provencal Herbs and cayenne pepper).
Throw tortilla wedges into a bowl and mix with hands until they are all rubbed in.
Gently place the wedges on two baking trays lined with a baking paper.
Bake in the oven shortly for about 5-8 minutes until the chips are golden and crispy.
