The Fast Chicken Mix

Melt a knob of butter in a wok on high heat. Chicken in, roast for about 4 minutes until it gets little golden.

Next, add shallots and all spices and herbs (Provencal Herbs, curry powder, ginger, smoked paprika, chili). Pour white wine and reduce.

Stir in bean sprouts, zucchini, splash of Soy Sauce and Heinz Ketchup. Smoothen with another knob of butter.

Lower the heat and put the lid on. Let it work for about 30 minutes.

The Parmesan Potato Mash

Meanwhile, prepare the potatoes. Place them in a medium deep pan with cold salted water. Cook them until soft for about 15 minutes. Water out and taste. Season if needed.

Add 3 knobs of butter, ½ cup of milk. Mash until desirable texture. Then, add Parmesan Cheese and fresh basil. Taste and taste.

Enjoy with glass of white wine.

Makes 4 serves.
