The Herbal Butter

Place all the ingredients into a blender: butter, parsley, sea salt and garlic. Blend until you get a beautiful color and texture. Taste. Mold into a piece of aluminium foil and wrap like a candy. The Dressing

In a small mixing bowl place all the ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar, honey and sea salt. Mix well with a balloon whisk and taste. It should taste rather sour.

Sprinkle with a good amount of Feta and serve immediately with the fresh baguette and Herbal Butter. Yummy! Makes 2 serves.
