So fulfilling, delicious and easy! Reminds me of the stunning Spanish cuisine. The main idea is to throw all the ingredients into one pan and your dinner is ready. Cook with love and you will always enjoy it – One Pan Dinner: Beans and Chorizo. Serve with fresh baguettes and herbal butter. Yummy!

Shopping List

The Herbal Butter as per in my recipe:
100g of butter
2 cloves of garlic, crushed, peeled and finely chopped
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
Sea salt

One Pan Dinner:
A splash of olive oil
1 medium shallot, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 chili, finely chopped
2 quality Chorizo Sausages, sliced
1 sweet red paprika, cleaned and sliced
1 tablespoon of tomato purée
1 can of kidney beans, rinsed

Instructions

The Herbal Butter

First, place the butter, parsley, garlic into a hand blender. Season with sea salt and blend into a fine creamy texture.

Next, mold it into an aluminium foil and wrap it like a candy. Refrigerate until serving.

One Pan Dinner

Heat up a splash of olive oil in a medium frying pan on high heat. Add the onion and flavour up with some chili and smoked paprika. Stir.

Once the shallot softens, add the chorizo and paprika. Sear nicely and lower the heat to medium. Let it work for about 10 minutes, until it gets softer and the taste comes within.

Then, stir in tomato purée. Finish with beans and let it simmer until serving.

Start plating with fresh baguettes and The Herbal Butter. Enjoy with a nice cold lager.
