Easy rich dip full of flavor – Sun-dried Tomato Dip. This dip is ideal for my homemade nachos or for any kind of chips or veggies. The combination of sundried tomatoes, basil and garlic is just unforgettable. Go locally and seasonally. Sun dry tomatoes and snack with me.
Total Time: 10 minutes
Shopping List
100g of good quality sun-dried tomatoes, drained
150g of crème fraîche
1 teaspoon of capers
1 clove of garlic, crushed, peeled
1 handful of fresh basil, washed
150g of crème fraîche

Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a hand blender (tomatoes, crème fraîche, capers, garlic and basil). Blend until you get your desirable texture. I like it very smooth.
Scrap the sides with spatula and blend, takes around 2 minutes. How easy is that.
Makes 1 serving bowl.
