Total Time: 10 minutes
150g of crème fraîche
1 teaspoon of capers
1 clove of garlic, crushed, peeled
1 handful of fresh basil, washed
Place all the ingredients into a hand blender (tomatoes, crème fraîche, capers, garlic and basil). Blend until you get your desirable texture. I like it very smooth.
Scrap the sides with spatula and blend, takes around 2 minutes. How easy is that.
Makes 1 serving bowl.
