Total Time: 10 minutes
1 ripe avocado, peeled and chopped
1 clove of garlic, crushed, peeled and finely chopped
Juice from ½ lemon
A pinch of Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
100g of top quality smoked salmon
6 strips of matured Cheddar Cheese
In a small mixing bowl or a blender put all the ingredients: avocado, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Press with a fork or blend until smooth. Done.
Take a toothpick and start layering.
First, a piece of salmon in a rectangular shape. Fill it up with 1 heaped teaspoon of Guacamole Filling and roll it out.
Gently put on a toothpick and use a strip of cheese as the footer. Finish with lemon. Enjoy The Smoked Salmon Rolls with a glass of dry white wine.
