So fast and so delicious. Thanks Chetna Makan for another amazing recipe - Easy Chetna’s Coleslaw. Serve with any kind of barbecue, in a sandwich or just like that with some fresh bread. Yummy and refreshing, the apple does the magic!
Total Time: 15 minutes
1 whole white cabbage, cleaned, washed and finely chopped. (I used ½ white cabbage and 1 Chinese cabbage)
2 medium carrots, peeled, washed and grated
1 medium apple, washed and grated
1 medium shallot/red onion, peeled and finely chopped
2 heaped tablespoons of good mayonnaise
½ cup of yogurt
In a large serving bowl put all the ingredients: cabbage, carrots, apple, shallot, mayo and yogurt. Give it a good stir and taste. Let it sit in a room temperature or refrigerate before serving.
