Marble Marmalade Bundt Cake is suitable for kids from the age of 2, because of a possible egg white intolerance.

Shopping List
1 teaspoon of baking powder
150g of icing sugar, sifted
3 whole eggs
250ml of milk
150ml of olive oil
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, sifted
3 tablespoons of cranberry marmalade
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl mix flour with baking powder and sugar.
In another large mixing bowl place the eggs, milk and oil. Stir with a balloon whisk.
Next, add the dry flour part and mix until smooth.
One-third of the prepared mixture mold into a small bowl. Stir in the cocoa powder.
Presentation
Start layering. Place 2 parts of bright dough around the middle part of a lightly greased bundt cake tin.
Then, 1 part of cocoa mix. Put the second part of bright dough mix, cocoa dough and generous layer of marmalade.
Afterwards, once again, cover with the bright dough mix, then, splash of cocoa mix, and finish with the bright part.
Bake in the oven for about 1 hour until a wooden skewer comes clean from the middle. Gently take the Marmalade Bundt Cake out of the form and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Serve warm or cold with a good layer of butter and a warm drink.
