These Gorgonzola Bruschetti with Figs are suitable for kids from the age of 2. You can substitute the heavy Gorgonzola with creamy goat cheese, Mozarella or Feta cheese. Yummy!
Total Time: 10 minutes
Put a splash of olive oil onto a medium baking tray. Place slices of ciabatta on it.
Next, layer with blue cheese, fresh figs, honey and thyme over the top.
Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts and it starts to smell. So yummy! Serve warm.
