Sweet Beer Pork Ribs

Rate this post
In my opinion, you can serve ribs with pretty much anything and they will be a star on a festive table. These Sweet Beer Pork Ribs are not tricky at all, just prepare them at least 1 day ahead (2 days are ideal) and the result will be marvelous. First, cook them in spice. Second, marinate them in a scrumptious sauce for around 1-2 days. Third, grill them. And finally, enjoy them with some fresh baguettes, Parmesan potato mash or veggies on side. The secret ingredient creates the taste of coffee. In combination with beer and ketchup it becomes magical and I am positive your guests will never guess. My inspiration goes to a mixture of 2 wonderful recipes from my fellow bloggers Bonvivani and a Czech TV show Kluci v akci. Absolutely stunning – Sweet Beer Pork Ribs.

These ribs are suitable for kids from the age of 3. As I am raising a little gourmand in here, I don’t have to tell you how much she loves this one. Bon appetit!
